Driving Directions

From Northwest

• Take IH-10 E toward downtown San Antonio.
• Continue on IH-10 E.
• Turn slight left to the I-10 E ramp.
• Take the South Frio Street exit – (exit 155B) and remain in right lane.
• Travel down South Frio to Buena Vista Street.
• Turn right onto Buena Vista Street and continue to South Pecos-La Trinidad Street.
• Turn right onto South Pecos-La Trinidad Street.
• Turn right into the UTSA Parking Garage.
• Follow the “VISITOR TO PAY” signs, which is Level “G” parking. Cost is $0.75 per hour.
  • Additional parking is also available across Buena Vista Street in Cattleman’s Square and across South Pecos – La Trinidad Street in the City of San Antonio lot.
• On “G” level, walk through the main parking entrance (where elevators are located).
• Take the left walkway around to the CĂ©sar E. Chávez Building entrance.
• Take elevators to the 2nd floor, exit the elevators to the right, then left down the hallway through the double doors.
• The UTSA INSTITUTE FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT is located in the southwest corner of the CĂ©sar E. Chávez Building.

From North Central

• Take US 281 S (IH-37 S) toward downtown San Antonio.
• Continue on IH-37 S to IH-35 S (Laredo exit).
• Remain on upper level ramp.
• Take the South Frio Street exit – (exit 155B) and remain in right lane.
• Turn right onto South Frio and travel to Buena Vista Street.
• Turn right onto Buena Vista Street and continue to South Pecos-La Trinidad Street.
• Turn right onto South Pecos-La Trinidad Street.
• Turn right into the UTSA Parking Garage.
• Follow the “VISITOR TO PAY” signs, which is Level “G” parking. Cost is $0.75 per hour.
