Outsourcing and Management by Thomas Tunstall PhD Thomas Tunstall, Director of the Center for Community and Business Research at the University of Texas at San Antonio, will be releasing his book Outsourcing and Management in paperback form on August 15. Outsourcing and Management shows how the next generation of executives will employ outsourcing, systematic thinking, disciplined management, and effective use of technology to redefine organizational structure and drive performance to new levels. Management identifies and defines important new economy organizational dysfunctions -- the Moving-Target Theory of Management, Internal Monopoly, the Bozo-CEO, and the Stream-of-Consciousness Manager.

Dr. Tunstall has worked with the UTSA Institute since November 2011 and uses theories found in the book on a daily basis to help inform businesses and other organizations to better understand their internal structures, improve governance and manage more effectively in a rapidly changing economic environment.
